Banana Choc Chip Cookies

Hey Sili Fam! Enjoy this delicious banana choc chip cookie recipe. I promise it'll be your new favourite treat!



Makes 15-20

Ingredients:

· 135g rolled oats

· 150g plain flour

· 75g caster sugar

· 1/2tsp bicarb soda

· 90g melted butter

· 1tbsp maple syrup

· 1-2 overripe bananas

· 65g choc chips (I used half white choc and half milk choc)


Method:

1. Preheat oven to 200°c fan forced. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.

2. Combine oats, flour, sugar and bicarb soda in a bowl.

3. Make a well in the centre and add butter, maple syrup and bananas. Stir to combine.

4. Stir in choc chips.

5. Set aside for 5 minutes to firm up.

6. Roll 2tsp of mixture onto baking trays and flatten slightly.

7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

8. Allow to cool for 5 minutes and then transfer onto a wire rack to cool completely.
