How Long Will Shipping Taking?

​Once your order is placed, it will be packed and shipped off within 1-2 days after receiving it from Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

Your order will then be shipped using either AusPost or Sendle which can take up to;

Standard Australian Shipping: 2-8 business days
International Shipping:
Zone 1 - New Zealand (10-16 working days)
Zone 2, 3 & 4 - Asia and the Pacific, North America and Western Europe (10-28 working days)
Zone 5 - Rest of the world (14-30 working days)

What If My Order Is Wrong/Faulty?

​If you happen to receive a faulty or incorrect item please email hello@silihomeco.com a photo of the fault immediately along with your original order number for us to review.
We will organise for the item to returned back to us. The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags and packaging remaining in place. Item/s must not have been used, washed or altered in any way.

Once we have received the faulty item we will perform a quality check ourselves. If we find that the product is faulty, we will have a new one sent over to you or offer you a refund. Please note delivery costs will not be refunded.

If we find that the item is not faulty, the customer must cover the cost of shipping the item back to them. Alternatively we will offer a refund of the difference between the cost of the item and the amount it cost to have the item shipped back to us.

What Is The Exchange/Return Policy?

​If you change your mind, thats okay! Please contact us within 14 days of purchase. 

We will require proof of purchase, items must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging. Return shipping will need to be covered by the customer.

Once we have received the item and have inspected it to ensure it is still brand new and unused, we will process your refund. Please allow for up to 14 business days for the funds to be credited back to the purchasing account.

How Is Silicone Different To Plastic?

​Although they share some similar characteristics, silicone is essentially a synthetic rubber.
We use it for its highly durable, nonstick, stain-resistant, hard-wearing characteristics.
It also cools quickly and tolerates extremes of temperature.
Due to its durability it can be used for a long period of time, eliminating the need for single use plastics.
